Important Information and Rules
- Check in is 4 pm. Check out is 10 am.
- Quiet time is between 11 pm and 8 am.
- Smoking of tobacco, cannabis, and vapor products is not permitted in any of the buildings or rental units.
- Water skiing, tubing and wake boarding are not permitted from the shore or dock areas.
- Power craft of any sort are not allowed in the designated swim area.
- There is one parking spot per rental unit. Additional guest parking is in visitor parking above security gate and new gravel pit area , Boat Trailer parking also available(charges may apply)
- As there is no lifeguard on duty, all children must be supervised by an adult whenever in or near the water.
- Respectful language and behavior is expected and appreciated.
- Resort linens are for indoor use only.(Please bring your own beach towels).
- Each unit has its maximum occupancy listed on the rental page. Please observe these guidelines when making your booking.
- Pets are not allowed (strictly enforced i'm afraid).
- Failure to comply with resort rules could result in eviction without refund.

Cancellation and Payment Policy Per Suite/Cabin Booked
Payments:
All Bookings come with our piece of mind Free 24hr Cancellation from the time you booked.
- Booking more than 60 days prior to arrival : 30% deposit
remaining 70% owed will be automatically charged 60 days prior to your arrival.
- Booking within 60 days prior to arrival : 100% deposit.
Cancellations:
- Free Cancellation within 24hrs of original booking - online or phone with one of our agents.
- If you cancel anytime up until 60 days prior to arrival you will be refunded the deposit less a $210.00 admin fee.
- If you cancel anytime between 60 and 31 days prior to arrival you will be refunded all but 30%
- There are no cancellations available within 30 days of arrival. (Travel insurance is always recommended).
- Your card will be pre-authorized for a $1000.00 security deposit up to 1 day prior to arrival, this will be refunded after confirmed check out.
